Refund Policy

1. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your RevuAI subscription at any time through your dashboard settings. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the service until the end of your current billing period.

2. Refund Eligibility

As a SaaS platform providing instant digital access, we generally do not offer refunds once a subscription has been active and utilized. However, we may consider refund requests under the following circumstances:

  • Technical issues that prevent you from using the service for more than 48 hours.
  • Duplicate billing or billing errors on our part.
  • Requests made within 24 hours of a renewal if the service has not been used.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@revu-ai.com with your account details and the reason for your request. All requests are reviewed within 3-5 business days.

4. Exceptions

Refunds are not provided for:

  • Partial months of service.
  • Accounts that have violated our Terms of Service.
  • Changes in your business needs or decision to stop using the platform after utilization.
